That's all. At least it got me to an even 4kg lost now. I knew it wasn't going to be a big loss, but still . . . .
My aim this week- more exercise. And get my emotional eating back under control.

ReplyDeleteThanks to both, sorry for the delay in replying. WI for me is on Thursday, I am happy to say that I have not let last week's small loss effect how I went this week. And I'm more in control of the emotional eating!
